MYOB Advanced — Integrations (Finance View)

MYOB Advanced sits at the centre of the PWG finance stack. Most external systems either feed it (bank statements, payroll journals, adviser-billing files) or read from it (the data warehouse, Hex dashboards, ezyCollect for AR follow-up).

Status: draft. Integration ownership and exact recipe / pipeline names are being verified with the integration team. Treat the auth-model and runbook columns as best-current-knowledge.

ezyCollect

ezyCollect is a third-party AR collections platform. It pulls outstanding invoices from MYOB AR, runs configured chase workflows (reminder emails, calls, payment-plan triggers), and writes payment allocations and notes back into MYOB.

This document is intentionally light on ezyCollect configuration — the operational owner is the finance team, not engineering. For deep config see the ezyCollect tenant directly.

AxsysAPI

Axsys is PWG’s MYOB Advanced support partner. Their custom contract-based endpoint (visible alongside Default/24.200.001 on the tenant) exposes a small set of tailored entities that go beyond what the stock OData surface allows. We currently treat AxsysAPI as a black box and engage Axsys when something on the support contract needs it.

Workato

Workato is the integration platform that bridges Salesforce FSC, MYOB Advanced, XPLAN, and PWG_DATA. The MYOB recipes are owned by the integration team. Specifics live in the Workato tenant rather than here — Shannon is not the source of truth for integration configuration.

What is not integrated

For the avoidance of doubt, PWG does not run any of these MYOB add-ons:

• ADVPAU / ADVPNZ — payroll
• Velixo — third-party Excel reporting
• ExpenseManager — corporate expense claims
• Manufacturing, eCommerce, Service Delivery, Device Hub, Workforce Management Integration

These endpoints exist on the published list but no business process depends on them.
